Newsletter Summer 2008
Finally, some real summer weather. This is the time of year to get in the habit of exercising outdoors regularly. It takes about three weeks to develop a good (or bad) habit. Then when winter comes you won’t have any trouble keeping up the routine indoors.
As important as exercise is, there is one aspect of natural health that I would love to see my patients do more with and that is nutrition. By nutrition I don’t mean supplements. I am referring to real food: vegetables, fruits etc. We have nutritional consultations (hour and half hour) offered here at the clinic. Blood tests and other specialized testing procedures are also available.
SAVE THIS DATE!!! On Saturday July 26 from 9AM-12PM there will be an open house party for Ananda and Casey. Ananda is moving to Los Angeles to finish her chiropractic education at Cleveland Chiropractic College LA and Casey is moving on to the last phase of his education before he graduates in November. This will be a great opportunity to thank them for their service and wish them well. There will be a REAL food buffet, so come hungry. Casey’s replacement, Travis, will be here as well to meet and greet you.
As I mentioned in the last newsletter, this is our 20th year serving the public with chiropractic care. There will be a display on the west wall with pictures and mementos for your enjoyment.
Starting in September, Janet and her daughter Jessica will be covering Saturdays.
NOTE: There will be a comprehensive, no charge meditation class this coming September. Sign up will begin in late August.
The 5th Annual Paper Toss Contest begins August 1st. Best of 10 throws wins dinner for two! Good luck to all.
*Thank you all for your support and referrals. We appreciate all of you very much.
